Audition Track Request Form

Before submitting a request, please read carefully:

• A PDF of fully notated sheet music is required.

• The music must be for piano and vocal or a clear piano reduction.

• The PDF must reflect the correct version, key, arrangement, and cut.

• Any cuts or changes must be clearly marked.

• Lead sheets, chord charts, and transcription requests are not accepted.

• If you have a preferred tempo, include either a BPM or a reference recording.

• I reserve the right to decline requests if the sheet music is illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for the service.

Turnaround / Process

1. Submit your request form and upload your sheet music.

2. I review the materials and confirm whether I can accept the job.

3. If accepted, I send an invoice or quote for payment.

4. Work begins once payment is received.

5. Standard turnaround is 72 hours from acceptance and payment.

6. One minor revision is included if requested within 48 hours of delivery.

• Piano only

• No transposition

• No transcription by ear

• No rush orders

• I may make limited stylistic decisions when needed if tempo or interpretation is unspecified

• In some cases, I may slightly refine or complete a piano part in a stylistically appropriate way when published notation is simplified or melody-heavy

I confirm that I am submitting legible, fully notated piano/vocal sheet music in the correct key, arrangement, and cut. I understand that submission does not guarantee acceptance, that payment is required before work begins, and that only one minor revision is included.
